Online presence playbook for a beauty or wellness business
Clients need to understand the service, provider qualifications where relevant, suitability and preparation, location, policies, availability, and the difference between general service information and medical advice.
Help the right customer find the business
Use precise current service names, location or service area, availability, and booking paths. State verified credentials only where relevant and current. Avoid categories or claims that imply regulated services the provider does not offer.
Build trust with evidence and clear limits
Explain consultation, preparation, contraindication or referral boundaries where appropriate, aftercare, privacy, cancellation, and result variability. Use client images only with explicit permission. Do not make medical, guaranteed-result, or unsupported credential claims.
Create a usable next step
Collect the requested service, timing, relevant preparation or suitability information, and contact details without gathering unnecessary sensitive data. Make clear when consultation or provider review is required before confirmation.
