Online presence playbook for coaching and consulting
Prospects need to know who the service is for, what problem is addressed, how the engagement works, what it does not promise, and whether a first conversation is worthwhile.
Help the right customer find the business
Define the audience and problem in concrete language. Use service pages or profiles that distinguish verified offers, formats, and availability. Avoid vague claims broad enough to attract people the business cannot responsibly serve.
Build trust with evidence and clear limits
Explain method, scope, experience that can be substantiated, confidentiality boundaries, deliverables, and limitations. Use real case material only with permission and sufficient context. Never invent credentials, clients, revenue, transformation, or guaranteed outcomes.
Create a usable next step
A consultation request should gather the prospect's role or business, current situation, objective, relevant timing, and the question they want help answering. Explain what the call is, what it is not, and whether acceptance follows review.
