Online presence playbook for a landscaping business
Customers need to distinguish routine maintenance from design or installation work, understand the service area and season, and know whether their property fits the business.
Help the right customer find the business
Separate verified recurring services from one-time projects in plain language. Keep service areas, seasonal availability, minimums, and contact paths current. Use project and maintenance terms customers use, while avoiding categories for work the business does not provide.
Build trust with evidence and clear limits
Use real properties with permission and explain the starting condition, scope, material choices, maintenance expectations, and what was outside the job. Avoid implying that one result is typical for every site, budget, soil, climate, or season.
Create a usable next step
Use a quote path that gathers property location, requested service, approximate area, current condition, access, recurring or one-time need, timing, and photos. Explain whether an onsite visit is required before scope or an estimate is confirmed.
